A mother of a girl that I dance with asked me if she could hire me to take head-shots of her daughter for some modeling company.

I have been a photographer for a couple of years, and I’m very good- as good as someone she might hire professionally. The dance academy where her daughter and I dance has asked me to come in several times to photograph various classes, and the owners have always been pleased with the results.

How much should I charge the mother for my time and work (the actual photography and then post-editing)?
